These are some of the roles that are specific to each role and roles that are shared. SSAs are an invaluable classroom resource with special training in how to support students with exceptionalities. SSAs can be utilized in a variety of ways to support students with exceptionalities as well as the rest of the class. I have narrowed down my top 6 ways to best utilize SSAs below.
